This page sets out the Terms and Conditions that govern your use of AquaWin. It explains our relationship with you as a user of the site, the rules that apply when you open an account, and how we handle promotions, payments and disputes. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your account details secure, including your username and password. Only one account is permitted per person, household and payment method. You must provide accurate, up-to-date personal information and notify us of any changes. We may require identity and address verification before processing withdrawals or if security checks are triggered.
Account holders must follow any deposit or betting limits that they set or that we apply for security and responsible-gambling reasons. We may suspend, restrict or close accounts where we suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, multi-accounting or other breaches of these terms.
Eligibility requirements
To register and use AquaWin you must be at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to gamble in your jurisdiction. We do not accept players from restricted territories. Acceptable platform use
Use of the site must be lawful and honest. You must not attempt to manipulate game outcomes, use bots, place hedged or low-risk bets intended to exploit bonuses, or transmit abusive or defamatory content. Commercial use, resale of services, or any activity intended to interfere with the platform is prohibited. Breaches may lead to forfeiture of balances and account closure.
General bonus and promotion rules
Promotions, bonuses and free spins are subject to specific terms and conditions in addition to these general rules. Bonuses are usually limited to one per person, household, IP or device. Wagering requirements apply and can vary by promotion - typical ranges are stated in each offer and may fall between 35x and 50x depending on the campaign.
